- Booking by your team: in Hunter, in a pop-up with a day and time picker that already shows conflicts and your availability grid. The contact receives the invite by WhatsApp and email with the room link and the calendar file.
Confirmations, reminders and attendance with no manual work
Every booked meeting triggers a confirmation by WhatsApp (through the official Meta API) and by email, with buttons to add it to Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. One day before and 15 minutes before, reminders go out with the room link. If the client wants to reschedule, the AI agent handles it in the conversation.
