All Iluria plans offer similar features. The Melhor Envio integration, which lets you get shipping quotes from carriers and print shipping labels, is available starting with the 100-product plan. When signing up, just pay attention to how many products you plan to list, since that is what changes the plan price.

Iluria support is provided by email only. Like any other self-service platform, Iluria does not offer personalized support by phone or chat, only by email. That is why we recommend always staying alert and reaching out to the platform’s support with any questions. The good news is that Iluria is very stable, so the system rarely goes down.

Any kind of reselling online requires authorization to use images, display the brand and sell the products. Iluria is no different: you need authorization from the brand you want to resell to avoid problems down the road.

Yes, you can now set up SSL using Cloudflare. Requirement: you must have your own registered domain. You can purchase our support to implement SSL or follow Iluria’s own tutorial.

Under Store > Facebook XML you can download an XML file with all the products listed in your store. Instagram Shopping depends entirely on creating a Facebook product catalog, so you need to set up Facebook Shopping first.

We recommend using SendGrid to send transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking, etc.). It is free for up to 100 emails/day. Go to Settings > Email in the Iluria dashboard to set it up.

Yes. In that case, we recommend downloading (backing up) your active color palette in Iluria before uploading our theme. Keep your color palette somewhere safe, and if you want to go back to your previous theme, upload the color palette (backup) in Iluria’s Layout Editor.
