1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing this website or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the website or the services.

2. Who we are

The services are provided by Rollin Serviços Digitais e Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 64.204.851/0001-39), "Agência Rollin", a Brazilian company that is part of the Rollin Group.

3. Services

Agência Rollin offers development of high-performance websites and online stores, optimization for search engines and generative engines (SEO/GEO), artificial intelligence agents for customer service and sales, CRM, business automation and official integration with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, acting as a technology provider. The scope, timelines and pricing of each project are defined in an individual proposal and contract.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta

• Agência Rollin is an independent company, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.;
• Use of the WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Meta Platform Terms;
• The client agrees to obtain recipients' consent (opt-in) before sending outbound messages, to comply with Meta's messaging and commerce policies and not to use the platform for spam, unlawful content or prohibited categories;
• Violations of Meta's policies may result in Meta itself restricting or suspending the number/account, with no liability on the part of Agência Rollin, in addition to the suspension of services provided for in section 8.

5. Client obligations

• Provide truthful information and keep registration details up to date;
• Use the services lawfully, in compliance with these Terms, Meta's policies and applicable law;
• As the controller of its contacts' data, comply with the LGPD toward data subjects (legal basis, transparency and handling of rights requests).

6. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the LGPD. When Agência Rollin processes data on behalf of the client, it acts as processor; a data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. Deletion requests follow the procedure described in Data Deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, icons and images) belongs to Agência Rollin or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Project deliverables follow the ownership terms defined in the contract.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services in the event of a breach of these Terms, Meta's policies or the law, after notifying the client, without prejudice to any other applicable measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agência Rollin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services, including downtime caused by third parties (such as Meta platforms, telecommunications providers or integrated third-party services).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district where Agência Rollin is headquartered are chosen to settle any disputes, unless otherwise provided in a contract.
