Information you provide

Rollin Customers: Some Rollin services may require you to sign up for an account. When you sign up for the account, we may ask for some personal information, such as your name, email address, company name and company information.

Rollin Customers (e-commerce): Some data requested by our customers through the use of our services (ie forms) is personally identifiable information, which may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, numbers phone number, email address, company name, and company information. This information will be entered by you in response to requests when using our customers’ websites.

Site User: By filling out our forms, you provide us with information that may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, company name and company information, title. This information will be entered by you in response to requests when using our websites.

 

Types of information NOT collected

The following personal information may not be collected through the use of our services and you must refrain from providing any information related to financial information such as, but not limited to, credit card and account numbers, Insurance number Social Security, driver’s license number, passport number, information protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), the Gramm Leach Bliley Act (“GLBA”), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( “HIPPA”) and/or the Social Security Number Protection Act.

 

Information we can put on your computer

Rollin software may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “Cookie” or similar file and will help us and our customers in a number of ways. Web Beacons

You may contact customers directly, off-site, to make alternative arrangements to provide them with applicable information.

Liability for later transfer – Third Party

Rollin may use agents to perform services on our behalf. We may share with these agents information that you provide solely for those agents to provide services for Rollin Agency. These parties are subject to confidentiality obligations and may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to comply with these obligations.

Rollin takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security, including through various hardware and software methodologies. By filling out forms on our website, you agree to provide us with information and receive promotional and educational content related to Rollin’s products and services.

Rollin and our clients may use non-personal “aggregate data” to improve the operation of our software, our clients’ websites or analyze interest in the areas or effectiveness of those websites. Rollin provides its customers with a reasonable mechanism to ensure that personally identifiable information is relevant to its intended use, accurate and complete.

Upon written request and with the consent of our customer, if applicable, Rollin will take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend or delete your personal information that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete. Please note that permission must be obtained by our customer before any changes can be made.

 

Execution and responsibility

Rollin must conduct periodic audits with respect to its obligations and compliance with this Policy. Any departure from this Policy will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
